not sure if anyone will see this since i dont post anymore.....

i do still run into people that mention how much they liked my blog, and its def been a long time since it has been good. i def randomly think about starting it back up again, but im just to lazy i guess. as much as ppl liked it, i should just do it....

over the past year i ran terrible and lost most my bankroll (apparently i suck at BR management), so im in a real shitty spot as far as money goes, especially since black friday and nothing to do but play xbox.

would really suck ass to have to get a job, so im hoping i figure shit out. the clear option would seem to be to play here in vegas live, but it appears to me the games arent great, plus i suck at cash games for the most part, and i doubt i have a proper roll for it.....

other options would be to move.... either to canada or to LA i would guess..... canada for obv reasons... and LA because the sick awesome live action, where im sure even i can do good at cash (plus commerce has some great tourney series' throughout the year)....

moving would be a pain in the ass because i have a family, so if i do move it would prob be a slow process with me going alone at 1st, which i could imagine, due to boredom i would quite possibly start this blog back up :). but moving when broke is probably a bit stupid... not sure....

i will quite possibly in the next few days put together a package to play wsop and attempt to sell a large portion of my action. if i get in a few (or hopefully several) events, i wont have to worry about moving till mid july or so....

so what is everyone else doing?

in the comments of my last post someone asked how i been doing since feb.....

well, overall decent, much better than before. was in middle of a nasty downswing, and i since won a few tourneys helping my confidence (and bankroll).

i did win a seat for mohegan sun"s napt event (did shitty in everything i played out there) and i seriously hope i never have to go back to connecticut, that place sucks balls. its near impossible to get drunk there if you play tourneys. prob easier to get drunk in utah.

just saw today that a venetian deepstack main is this sat, so i will prob play that.

as for hookers, not much for me as i was running terrible and dont feel like i should be blowing money. but...

poker has been stressing me out a bit since my final table (not gonna bore you with run bad details)....

i almost had another deep run today, i lost a 270+K pot with about 80 ppl left in the 1500.

the hand was so marginal, and not sure i should had been willing to go with it, but my read was pretty right on and he hit on the river. i still called off my last 50k on the river even though i thought it was a card to be very afraid of, i called on the turn with the plan to call on river, only because his bets were so big the whole way.

oh well... fuck BvB situations.

thanks for the support guys, was very fun. def was very excited and a bit bummed at the same time. obv 1st would had been so fucking sick (congrats stamdogg). but it is what it is, and coolers happen, i will get another shot.

i took today off even though i really would had liked to play both events. i just really needed a day off as i was exhausted.

i might be playing the 1500 plh in morn, but if not i will for sure play the shootout the next day (if it doesnt sellout b4 i get my seat) and whatever else comes along that i like. i was def gonna play the plh, but now im thinking 2 days off would be nice, so i will decide in the morn last minute. looks like friday is a limit holdem event so maybe just take friday off (but im obv making day 2 from thursday's tourney :) ).

i busted in the $1500 6 max right before dinner break, which meant they were still taking alternates for a while in the $2500 PLH/PLO mix tourney, so i signed up.

i almost immediately double up, and did pretty good throughout the day. i haven't sucked out (been saving them for day 2 ), but been in good spots with decent hands and made good calls to bluffers, etc.

i busted a guy on the last hand of the day with a full house vs top pair. was pretty awesome.

day 2 starts at 2pm, and i will have 65k.

on day 2 of the 1k, i drew utg, and was fortunate to get 77, but was called by AT and i lost the flip.

so i decided to play sats the rest of the day, and got pretty unlucky in a few but did win 1, for pretty much a break even day in those.

so then comes tuesday and the 1500, and i ran shitty and busted pretty early, so many beats i been taking, my run good is being saved for 1 special tourney i guess.

i played cash for a while today and ran fucking terrible for a pretty good loss.

anyways there is a 1500 6 max wednesday (today, but tomorrow for me -about to go to bed) that i am playing, and if i do bust early (i will even do late registration if available), there is a 2500 pot limit holdem/omaha mix that starts at 5pm.

i plan on winning something this year, so hopefully i dont go broke 1st.

well today went kinda weird, but not unstandard for me.

built a nice stack early, then kinda stuck there for most of day, then with 20 min left and about 20 BBs, i opened/called a shove with AQ. ran into kk and was left with 2 BBs at 400/800.

all the assholes were stalling so i couldnt play many hands in last 20 minutes and most pots were opened b4 me and i had shit like 52o, still i doubled a few times and get to start day 2 on monday with a whole 5k at 500/1000.

anyways what a weird day, i must had doubled like 10 ppl, got sucked out on many times (i did run hot early, winning 3 big flips though), and got coolered a few, including 1st level KK into AA (thankfully i had picked up several pots b4 that hand).

im kinda bummed im gonna miss the 1500 plo on monday to play a 5 BB stack. oh well, maybe i will get lucky.

i really didnt want to mention this, but i guess i will. but im leaving out details because i want to.

me and the GF both have been having some medical issues, so i have barely been playing. i dont want to get into the details, but the worst has been ruled out for us both, so thats good.

still been playing a lot of xbox, where stress doesnt cost me money.

but as far as the worst being ruled out for us both, we just got the news for each of us on thurs (even though the docs still dont know wtf is wrong with me, and to get the GF repaired may very likely still cost me about ~15k), so the timing is perfect for the wsop.

im ready to start playing again, now i know we arent dieing anytime soon (hopefully).

anyways, im def playing the 1k wsop when i wake up (going to bed soon).

i just downloaded my hand history for my 1st big score (16k, 6 months into my poker career, early 2006) that shows how i luckboxed sick playing shitty to give me my bankroll to learn and move up, and eventually allowing me to get to where i am today poker wise.

well FTP's synced breaks for the MTTs are def an overdue addition and they are very awesome.

i cant speak for others but i know stars will lose money from me, just because i want to have breaks.

however FTP will also loose a bit of money from me because not all MTTS will go on break, they have a small set of rules that make some MTT's skip their 1st break, and with my schedule i would have 1 most hours. if i quit stars, that means i have to play 45 mans again, some of which will also miss the 1st break. all the super turbo tourneys i have been playing miss the 1st break, a tourney that it is very retarded to sit out in, so its either miss breaks or not play them...

so i guess until FTP adjusts the schedule or changes the rules to make all tourneys go on break, (regardless of when they start) i will just play several less tourneys per day.

i am pretty sure stars will end up syncing their breaks too, as it only makes sense, and ftp will prob fine tune their system as well. BUT breaks are awesome.

i found a fun lil free game, you make a character and you fight other characters. you build up levels and shit and gain perks and stuff. kind of addicting, even though i only played it for one day, i can see myself playing it for a while building a strong character so i can beat ppl down.

unfortunately my weapon is a chicken bone or some gay shit. and i keep running into ppl who have knives and wild animals to help them, not sure if i get a new weapon later or not, but if not, this shit is obv rigged.

come fight my character, and make sure you pick a password or you will lose your character.

well...

i played a bellagio 1500 the other day and did shitty, structure was terrible and field was small. not positive what else there im playing. was originally planning on playing a bunch, but i think i will wait till next week and just play 1 or 2 more.

my tax shit is nearing completion. so, soon i can take it down to my accountant, who i think i decided to stick with, even though he pissed me off last year. i had talked to someone who is known as a good gambling tax specialist and i decided i don't trust that person is nearly as knowledgeable as we are led to believe. i been wrong before, but im going with my gut. at least this year.

went to starbucks yesterday, and for the 1st time in a while i went to one without a drive-thu (i usually keep on driving till i find one that has a drive-thru). a couple came in behind me and the husband (i assume) ordered his coffee (lets not talk about how gay his coffee was because i ordered a pretty fucking gay coffee myself), and immediately the wife interrupted saying "isnt that to fattening?" , lol.

i respect that the guy ignored his women, but please next time say, "bitch, you're fat", she wont interrupt you next time.

played awesome in the 100r on stars and nearly took it down. was pretty proud of the way i played. except there were 2 spots where i think i should had made a move, that i pussed out of. in all actuality i didn't need to make a move, because i wasn't getting played back at too much, though a bit. i just think i missed a few good spots is all.

took 1 nasty beat too, for a huge pot when i made a good play. limping behind and got a big pot all in pre with KK vs 33 but he obv hit. then heads up i lost AK vs QJ (i think).

i felt i was gonna win the tourney, and really wanted it, because i haven't wont his one yet (and obv the extra money). next time.

i been playing a bit a live poker lately, still just tourneys though.

i cashed 5 of my last 6 live tourneys, the most recent was the 2k buy in at the wynn classic for 39k.

i plan on playing the 10k event at the wynn tomorrow (monday at noon), buy in is 10,200, and im selling off as much as i can since the buy in is to much for me.

if you want a piece let me know, im selling at cost since i wont have extra expenses. i will not be selling at cost for my future tourneys though, i think i deserve a bit more. but for now thats what it is.

i still havent hit a set yet, im saving them for the next 3 days obv.

today was a fun and crazy day, i went from 12 bbs at 1/2k to 260k within a few hours. it was a fun lil rush too.

in the last level i lost a bunch of chips getting played back at and bluffing at a pot when the dude had over pair kk.

i ended the day with 145k, and we start tomorrow with half of the 2k/4k level left, not sure how long we will play but ppl said prob to 27 or 18 left. maybe we play 5 levels again, which would be weird since we were in the middle of one (we played extra time to get into the money).

anyways i am guaranteed 23k, but california keeps some, not sure how we will work that, because they take theirs off the top ( i think because i am from out of state -fuckers, i was born there) as i found out in the other events i cashed in.

well almost.

i busted 7th to the lady in the jewelery, real nice lady, some of you may have seen her on a wpt woman's episode in the past. sexton calls her the queen of diamonds.

she has a very strange style of play to say the least, but she beat me in a very standard hand and seemed to feel bad about it. i kinda hope its her or marvingardens (Chris Birchby ) that wins it all.

chris is a cool dude that used to destroy pokeroom back in the day, but he calls himself a weekend warrior now that he is married and has a sunscreen business. i made it deep with him in a wsop even a few years back, good poker player. he was down to 1 chip early day 1 so it was a great comeback for him too, esp if he wins it.

i started the day with 9k and blinds werent as big as i thought they would be at 2500/5000 but still obv crippled with 21 left (i think). so getting 7th was awesome and felt like free money.

tomorrow is a FTP dinner. no tourneys except sats running so im probably not playing, maybe go to sleep early and rest up for the main event on saturday.

here i am in LA going to the commerce everyday. i have been warned by many people to not walk anywhere because apparently its not in a good area. people dont typically fuck with me and i did kinda grow up in shitty areas, so its not something i really am worried about, but i am def to lazy to be walking places, especially in an area im not familiar with.

1st impression when we 1st pulled up the 1st day... "wow, this place is a dive", lol. ATTN commerce ppl, put some money into your joint and make it look at least descent, obv you are making money.

one thing that really threw me off.... i asked the cocktail waitress for a coffee, she acted kinda weird, then ran over to the edge of the room where people were getting their own coffee then brought me one saying it "was on the house".... ok.... weird... arent all drinks???? well apparently not here. coffee and non-bottled water are free, but i guess it is standard for you to get it yourself. so that explained why no one ever gets drinks of any sorts while playing cards. in the 26 hours i played cards, i may have seen 3 drinks ordered (not counting smoothies from the hot smoothie girl).

tuesday's 1k. i min cashed it, play was solid, it was like playing a very solid online tournament where everyone knew what to do always. hard to pick up easy chips.

wednesday's 500. technically i made day 2. un-technically (or whatever) fuck poker.
i started the day doing well playing a lot of pots against a few maniacs, but i built up well, then boom, fucked out of my stack.. typical right?, anyways 10 BBs and ready to go play sats for the 5k then table breaks. i went on a sick heater and built up a very big stack. boom table breaks. then shit just didnt go my way, table was playing slow, as in taking a lot of fucking time. every pot i would open i would get re-raised, or my flop bet would get shipped and then i found myself short once again.

not letting the shit get me down i kept playing my game, and i caught some cards and found live loose players making big laydowns to me, both when i have huge hands and nothing. was weirded out a bit, but ok. so i found myself with a big stack once again and am playing a lot of pots again. then a sick hand happened that costme tons of chips.

i open utg AK, k was a club, very tight player (since i been at table) just called the 5k bet (blinds must had been 1k/2k). the big blind went all in for 6500, and i cant re-raise so we both call. flop came out Axx all clubs. i had about 85k before the hand. i led out here for a lil more than half the pot, dude shoves... i obv call even though he has been very tight, i mean this is a perfect flop for me. well, he flipped up QJcc and i missed, leaving me with about 40k.

i blind down a bit, then it gets down to 3 tables at which time we re-draw for some reason, and 6 of the 9 players from my last table get the same table i got, so at least i know most of the players well. i get AA about 4 times and AK 3 in about an hour and built up 170k stack.

blinds were 2/4k 500 ante, and the only loose/bluffy "i got to see a flop" guy opens from button to 12k, sb folds and im in BB with Ak, dude has 161k, so i think for a while actually, and then made it about 45k, dude tanks and finally calls. flop came down QJx and at this point the pot is so big i have to shove the flop, so i do. dude tanks forever, prob 5 min at least thinking i have AA again, then finally says "i rather go broke now than start tomorrow without a big stack just as the time on the clock runs out for the last level of the day. he called and flipped up AQ, i miss, and i lose a pot that was for the chip lead or damn near it and seriously have to come back tomorrow for a 1.5 BB stack... wooooo!!

anyways i guess i will get to the casino about 1pm and play the shootout since the day 2 doesnt start till 4, im assuming my 1st table should be done by then. i was gonna play sats or the 5k if i didnt make day 2, but obv i get to forgo that for a shit day 2. fuck it, maybe i will get lucky, wont be the 1st nor the last time, glgl me.

all things said, this is an awesome series of events that all poker players should attend, lots of events, lots of ppl, lots of money, lots of fun. i will be back next year even if i don't win a seat.

been running pretty terrible, so many tourneys i was real close and got fucked, etc. i did win one for a descent prize the other day but i been losing a lot more than that. but it def dented my downswing a bit.

this is a newer tourney on stars i hope they keep it around, i really like the 2 rebuy 1 add on idea, they let you rebuy anytime the 1st hour and a half as long as you have under 100,000 chips.

anyways, im off to LA tomorrow. the family is staying at home as it would be extremely boring for them since i will be gone all day every day. however it does suck going alone (none of my buddies are going out either).

hopefully i will be going deep and winning tourneys and shit, so i don't have to get drunk all day by myself.. lol

last several times i played live i really did terrible, but i have had pretty good live success in the past, so im looking to make up for the last disappointments.

i sold 28% of myself for the main event on saturday, and a friend might buy a few more percent. so im pretty sure im done selling, i may be able to fit in a few percent if someone really wants it, but def not looking to sell much more.

i just suck ass on stars, not sure why, but it has been very long time since i done consistently well on stars. its all been down hill ever since i won the 2 WSOP seats almost a few years ago. had a few ok cashes during the rough stretch but i seriously doubt i have had more than 1 positive month in a row, and the positive months were far and few between. i been afraid to look how many positive months i have had on stars since i won those seats.

anyways i ended up running well in the 20 1r on stars today and i took it down, hopefully a sign that things will change for me there. im tired of reloading.

sorry for the lack of updates lately, i just been very busy, mostly with non-poker/ real life stuff.

the last time i posted i think i mentioned i was on a 10k downswing.

the last few days were great though, well yesterday i made 3 final tables and basically got fucked on all 3, but still finished the day up $5k so its hard to bitch. then today i also made 3 final tables taking down the satellite to the LAPC main event, and a small 20r. i also got gayed in 5th in the 50r. so i made up for the downswing and then some.

also just so you guys know, i plan on winning the LAPC because i really would like to become a FTP red name pro down the road, and that would be a great start.

i will also be selling pieces of me for this event, and since FTP seems to think it takes an extra $2k for travel and hotel, that is what i will figure my expenses are. so for each 1% i will charge $120. i feel that is fair, and if no one buys any then oh well, i already have the buy in anyways. if anyone is interested, post a comment here or email me at sprstonerREMOVE@THIScox.net .

well, i been running shitty. i been making final tables still, just running like shit once there. hard to complain since i won so many big ones late last year with very few early final table exits. still im on about an 8k downswing, which i guess isn't considered bad with the stakes i been playing.

i can't win 45 mans at all anymore, had my 1st negative month in them, and this month has started off poorly....

overall i haven't been playing much though. i got me a new blueray player (moved my old one into the bedroom, it was super fucking slow anyways, had to hit eject button and go do shit and come back just to still wait for it to open) that also streams netflix movies which is awesome. i kinda been on a TV/movie kick lately and haven't really felt like putting in the volume i was, but also have family shit going on (good, but annoying stuff).

i was wanting to slow down my volume anyways, either start taking 3 days off every week, or play a few less hours a day. i was killing myself. i hate to lose the free $1k a month for the leaderboard on full tilt though, maybe i can slow down and still win it, after all i took half of last month off and still won the leaderboard.

i mentioned before about maybe playing a few tourneys at the borgata in a few weeks, but no one seemed interested in buying pieces of me, and in all honesty the trip will cost to much.

even though friends have offered to share rooms or whatever, i think i would need more days and would prob just get my own room for the whole time. i just think if i am going to play more live, i should just wait for the good tourneys to come to me since i am in vegas, or at least at a cool place like aruba (i couldn't go to pca because its my daughter's 1st birthday and family is coming from out of town).

the chicken ranch finally has a few decent girls, and the word is (i never been there) they are a bit cheaper than sheri's, but sheri's still has the better selection by far,imo.

well, i took a few days off (friday-monday) and we went up to salt lake city to visit my sister and her family. they moved up there last spring and we haven't been up to visit yet due to a few things that fucked up our previously planned trips. this was our last descent opportunity, and i was done putting it off even though......

this is what i was having to drive through...

that was at a gas station a few hours into the trip when i pulled over to get air. obviously the air compressor hose didn't have a pressure gauge on the end of it, so i had to run inside and buy one.

so standard that the super friendly utah people didn't tell me the air hose was broken and i couldn't get air.

i almost put on my snow chains at that point because the freeway had about 5 inches on it, but im very lazy and chose to just go for it.

the next 3 gas stations didn't even have air, and the 4th was almost like winning the lottery. so i go to fill up my tire and the gas station employee is just standing there staring at me like i was dangerous. i just do my thing as i have been to utah many times and i know how these fucks are. they are fucking weird. then obviously it turns out that air also didn't work.... wtf.

these mother fuckers need to be face fucked in front of their children, all 15 of them.

the gas station across the street got my problem solved, and lucky for me it was closed for the night, so i didn't have to deal with more mormon fuck bags.

so back on the nasty freeway with no snow plows and very low visibility and cars sliding off the side like mad. this was brutal for me as i really have very limited snow driving experience, but just kept it slow. it was blizzardy for about half the trip, and it took many hours longer than it would had normally (but obviously way better than an unexpected camping trip on the side of the freeway).

so we rolled into town pretty late, must had been 2:30-3am. i had ordered a big hotel room with a separate bedroom so i could sleep while the girlfriend would deal with the baby, but i had a problem....

i had no beer, unfortunately no mini-bar thing, and really not familiar with the area as well as not being sure if i could buy beer at 3 am in utah. so i went down to ask the guy at the front desk.

this dude said i could still get beer (thank god, but ftr, not the mormon god), but said i had to make about a 10 min drive which seemed retarded, but whatever. i need a few beers, so i head out on my mission.

anyways i pull up at this gas station (which was the one he led me to and the 1st one i saw taking his suggested route) and head over to the beer section. the damn door was stuck, i tried pulling it open a few times wanting some fucking beer. then the clerk comes over and says, "we don't sell beer from 1am - 6am".

fuck. "the guy at my hotel said i could buy some beer, this sucks". so the clerk then explains, "well, you can, this is just our personal policy, there is another place not to far...".

ok cool. he leads me to about 4 min from my hotel room, but obviously a different direction than other guy had led me. fuck it, im getting some beer!!!

so, i pull up to this 7-11 and the clerk was outside talking to some lady carrying some boxes, and they both looked at my car and noticed my nevada plates. i walk on up and say, "hows it going", and got not response. i walk on in to the store and head on over to the beer section which has at least double the choices as the last place.

the weird clerk dude from outside followed me on in, which is understandable, who wants a nevadan in their store. he is standing right behind me but fucking with some shit on the shelf. so i grab two 6 packs, one was michelob pale ale (which was new to me), and one was negro modelo (which i know i like), and i bring them up to the register.

the clerk never came up to the register, and im not sure what he was doing, but i remembered i should get a few bottles of water for the morning. after i got the water he followed me up to the register.

me: "you gotta be fucking kidding me?"

me: "thanks for telling me when i was browsing your selection"

again, if these dicks just straight up told me i cant buy beer instead of sending on a wild goose chase, i wouldn't had been nearly as mad, but this shit is fucked, but not at all out of the norm when dealing with utah people, this is just how they do things.

they think they are so much better than us regular people, are so fucking judgmental, and treat people like shit. so fucking annoying, and i have other very similar storys from my other utah adventures.

but anyways, how much sense does it make, that some fucking idiot can buy a beer on the way to work, and i cant grab one before bed, these guys are fucking brilliant. i don't hate government for nothing.

so... all you utah fucks.... here is your fair warning.... if you see this guy:

i did go skiing while up there, the snow is fucking awesome in utah, the state (minus the people obv) is the most awesomest state ever. was a little cold, and it was blizzarding the whole time, but you cant touch that fucking snow.

we also took the kids sledding which was fun. my sister accidentally hit a jump and wiped out, but her kid is tough. i had the death machine (my sled which always twisted and dumped us) and had a blast with my daughter (though she didn't seem to really enjoy it till the end).

also the way home was a fucking mess, prob worse than the ride up. maybe not as many hours of snow, but what we had was much more hardcore.

this was the last gas station we stopped at in utah on the way back, only snowed a little while after this stop, but the roads were fucking slick, must has seen 20 cars stuck off side of freeway in the hour before and after this town.

all in all a good trip.......

i made 2 final tables today...

the 1st one was the $75 22.5k........

once in the money, i lost a huge pot. it was probably a bad beat, cant remember for sure (had many tables going, running relatively poorly and was quite angry at the time), i was left with a half a big blind.

with antes, obv i had to just play whatever my next hand was. it was a 3 way pot and i won, i shoved the next hand and won verses 1 guy. then waited a while and won another.....

next thing you know i had 15 BBs again and back in the game.

with 2 tables left i had build up to a top 5 stack, and i took another big loss and was left with 4 BBs.... built it back up and got the the final table 4/9 i believe.

at the final table i almost immediately lost a flip and was down to about 12 BBs. at this pint i just played a standard stack size game and was doing ok. i built up an ok stack once again, and lost yet another flip verses the same guy. and out 4th....

the other tourney i final tabled was the 100 1 rebuy and add on. it was a 6 max today, which i never really did well at before, and is one of the toughest tourneys on full tilt in my opinion.

i was real fortunate as once i got deep i had mostly good tables, and with 2 tables left i had a very soft table that just let me play pretty aggressive and never really fought back. this obviously allowed me to really build my stack a lot, im pretty sure i more than tripled my stack size during this time, mostly with no showdowns.

once at the final table, again i was very lucky, only a few players that would give me trouble, and the toughest who had position on me got unlucky and busted right away. the other guy wasn't necessarily that good, but was very aggressive and a little difficult to play against. i had position on the sorta-maniac (i learned him well and he was a maniac in some ways, but let me get a way with a ton in others), so he wasn't that bad, just mostly needed to be patient.

it really felt like i was playing great and was the favorite to win this. pretty much all the hands had no showdowns and i won the few i had, so obv ran well also (as you must to win).

it really seemed like i dominated the whole last 2 tables here, felt nice. again i was very lucky to not be against half the top 10 on p5s like usual in this thing.

some of you may already know this story, but it is fun to laugh at people who fuck up, but this isn't really fucking up, its more of making a terrible judgment call that cost you tons of money at the same time as dicking out on your friend.

as any of you who have been following my blog for a descent amount of time should know, i was running very bad for a long fucking time. and all this happened right after i lost my job and our daughter was born. it seemed like it would never end, then i would when 12k one month, just to lost 19k the next, and 5k the month after.

so.... i had a descent roll before all of this, but i used almost all of it for bills at the end of last year and beginning of this year. the rest went to the tables.

but, before i get to far ahead of myself here, let me explain something. i wasn't supposed to have to use my money to play, so me blowing my money on bills and shit was fine and wasn't going to fuck me out of playing cards full time as planned.

the guy who was supposed to back me was someone i considered a friend, we talked on aim almost daily for about 9 months maybe, he is a well known poker player now who has had some great sunday success.

i would like to point out that this whole backing thing was his idea, as he was running hot and wanted to invest money in a number of things (house, car, business and/or backing). even in late December, he kept asking me everyday, "you want to start today? you sure?", but i kept explaining that i had a lot on my plate, and didn't want to start till my daughter was born which was supposed to be the 1st weak of January.

so comes the 1st week of January, and he wasn't contacting me but that was fine as my daughter wasn't born till the 8th. so after we got settled down a bit here at the house i contacted him and asked if i could start now. he was real quick with me on aim and just said his 2 other horses were in deep makeup and wanted to wait till feb 1st.

right before i talked to him that day, a buddy (used to be, until he became a scammer) of mine was asking me if this guy would back him too, and i told him i would ask.

so as the backer was trying to be quick with me on aim, i mentioned, "to bad your down so much, a friend of mine was wanting to get on too". NOW all of a sudden i had his interest, "which buddy?". so i told him who the player was and he said maybe but not quite yet.

so a few days later i hear from a friend that he took this player on already, you see the friend was confused as to why he couldn't take me for a month but could take others. i was lil upset too i guess, but i figured fine, i been running terrible and this other guy was running very hot as of late. i will just wait my month and see what he does, even though it seemed obv he decided he no longer was interested.

it isn't the fact he obv change his mind that bugs me, its how he handled it....

so.. the month came, and he was avoiding me like the plague, so i knew what was going on. he would just keep giving me excuses and what not. i finally mentioned that i knew he took on my buddy, "oh, he told you?". obv not, "i heard it from another friend".

silence.....

"so, whats going on, you change your mind or what?"

he then explained to me how i am a terrible poker player who spews like mad, and i wasn't running bad, i am just no good. he went on to tell me i should quit MTTS, and he would think about backing me in sngs down the road... blah blah blah....

i tried to tell him i just been running very shitty, and he insisted that "descent MTTers will very rarely ever have a down month, and wont have 2-3, you are a bad investment".

btw, i had to sell my truck to stay in the game, it was a close call for me, but i did pull through, obv.

and that was the end of him as far as i care. fuck him. after that i simply didn't exist anymore, i mean he would even ignore me at the tables. i aimed him to congratulate his deep run in the majors and all i got was a "im so excited, thanks" and nothing else, ever after.

its this that makes this fun for me, because if he would had been straight up with me, and not blew me off, and pretend we were never friends or whatever, things would had been different.

but because he was a complete douche fuck bag, it gives me great fucking pleasure to say...

hey frosty boy, yes you, the homo who text me his pic because you thought you looked weird and thought that was the reason you couldn't meet friends at college, and yes you the dude who would ask me life advice 3 times a fucking week for months...

you are obv to fucking cool now, you are way above regular fucking ppl.... you remember back when you were a busto rail bird annoying all the big name pros? remember those guys who weren't to cool to talk to you? why you think that is? maybe because most aren't complete pieces of shit... obv, everyone is different.... just don't forget who you were.

still doing shitty in 45 mans, still running the worst possible in 18 tourneys a day, and still winning one.... and still is a good one.

i took down the 100 1r tonight.

i started off early real well, then took a few beats 2nd hour for most of my chips, then i nursed a short stack all the way to the end, hit a rush of cards with 2 tables left. once we were down to 5 i had the chip lead.

then i like ran into wall and really started to struggle. my stack was up and down but i hung in there.

once heads up, he had a lot more chips than me, but obv i ran well and over took the better player... again.

feels so awesome to be running hot, this is a sick run.

ran pretty good today, did ok in 45 mans and took down the morning $55 1r on ftp. its pretty awesome to run good on sundays.

in the $55 with 2 tables left i took 2 bad beats and was left crippled, i was pretty pissed off. i always ran so terrible in that tourney, but not until deep. anyways i shoved some random hand and hit vs AK or AQ i forget which and doubled. then i caught a hot streak of cards.

i even then sucked out a few times and took the win, its been an awesome 3 months or so. so fucking cool to get to the FT of these nice tourneys and i been closing them too. feels awesome to run hot.

for those of you running shitty, just remember it always comes around, keep plugging away. do your best to keep your head on straight obv, no tilting, or at least keep it minimal, playing tight until you know you wont do stupid shit. obv we all do stupid shit but controlling it is so important.

one thing i have learned, which is good to everyone i talk to on aim and myself, is bitching about shit going wrong only makes me focus on the bullshit and actually makes me tilt more. instead of focusing on the bad, i try to do stuff that takes my mind off the game. maybe browse some websites, look for the next good porn to download, looking to see if any new hookers are advertising, all while playing on complete autopilot (obv playing very tight). then when im ready i start really focusing back on my tables. i have gotten pretty good with tilt now days, however it does still happen. also keep in mind, the more volume, the quicker you are playing through variance.

sorry about the tilt and run bad talk.... had a friend talking to me today about how he feels like it wont ever end and he doesn't know what to do. sucks when you have that hopeless feeling, but it will end, and unfortunately it will be back again.

my sister and her family came down from utah for thanksgiving, they have a son who is just turning 1 year old (3 weeks older than my daughter).

so we were forced by the women to go get pictures taken which sucked ass and took several hours, but afterwords a few of us got pretty drunk on Fremont street.

well, as i have already posted i have purchased my reward hooker. i was a lil bummed i couldn't take pics inside without permission and the people at the ranch want me to call corporate for permission which i really do not want to do; i would email them, so easy and convenient, but i don't have corporate's email.

i should had brought my camera anyways to at least show the trip there, i actually like the drive. i live on the north/north west side of vegas so to get to pahrump (the town sheri's ranch is in) i take highway 159 (charleston) west towards red rock. just keep heading west passing bonnie springs, spring mountain ranch, and the tiny town of blue diamond (~300 ppl).

driving this stretch of 159 we used to always see wild donkeys and occasionally wild horses (lately all i see are a bunch of weirdo hippies obv from california riding their bicycles, lot less cool than wild animals), but it has been 3-4 years since i seen them out, definitely way down considering i used to see them at least 50% of the time i made the drive. i remember as a kid several times we would have to stop and wait for them to clear out of the road, and even fed them doritos (nacho cheese which is cheesier than nacho cheesier) once.

there is actually some cool stuff out here in the desert, i wish i would get off my lazy ass and do things more often, its been a while since we just took off and had fun and i like nature shit too, im just super lazy. i should had brought the camera to document the trip, i love the desert.

so shortly after passing blue diamond 159 dead ends into 160 and i take a right and head up into the mini mountain which is kinda cool too. would be awesome to live towards to top of this thing, cooler weather, not to many people and 30 min from vegas, kinda pricey though. people go up there to hike, go into caves, climb cliffs, and i believe hang gliding. so anyways i drive through mountain springs which is right near mount potosi (or is?).

so the mountain just takes a few minutes, we go up, see a bunch of pinion pines, a bar, a fire station, and right back down.pretty much as soon as the road gets straight we see a bunch of joshua trees which are awesome...

and the drive gets very boring, just a long straight highway with nothing. maybe another 30 minutes and we start to see town stuff a little and make a few lefts(manse and homestead i think)... and head on down to the end of the road.

about this time it clicked that i could take shitty pics with my camera phone to at least prove i was there.

this is as im getting pretty close, the law states (i think) these places have to be out in the middle of nowhere (although new construction has been getting kinda close, ppl will without a doubt buy a house next to a brothel and then complain to the govt that there is a brothel next door and try to shut them down).

this next picture shows how awesome my camera phone takes motion pics, here is the chicken ranch which comes 1st, but is still right next door.

the shit that is happening is fucking bullshit unreal, just been running the worst. for the last week the bigger the tourney the worst i'll run... until today...

im not sure many of you guys can relate, but i know you vegas people and probably a lot of the bigger city people might, but fuck carpool lanes. these are somewhat new in vegas and they make no sense at all.

during rush hour that lane obv hardly gets used, so whats the fucking point. during med traffic times the old mother fuckers usually with a veteran license plate will clog the fast lanes several miles ahead of where the car pool lane starts. soooo instead of just staying in the slow lanes where they should be, you know since they drive 10 mph under the speed limit, these mother fuckers just go 10 under in the fucking fast lane like fucking idiots so they can easily get into the car pool lane in 15 minutes, and still go 10 under, just with no other cars behind them stressing out.

so should we car pool so we can go 10 mph slower in the lane with no traffic? fuck that, fuck the govt, and fuck the faggots wasting tax payer money for this bull shit, and most of all fuck the asswipes who try their best to slow down all of traffic just so they can feel special and be in their OWN lane.

i have officially decided to never obey car pool lane rules and i will go in and out of the car pool lane as i fucking please and this will be my way of saying FUCK YOU. i cant wait to show the veteran dude how fucking special he is. i bet these faggots get pissed when they see a vehicle with only 1 person in that lane, its my turn to tilt these fuckers.

another brilliant car pool thing we have here in vegas is on-ramp lanes with 3 lanes, 2 with stop lights so us regular people have to stop before getting on the freeway, and the 3rd lane has no light so car poolers dont have to stop.

last few days i have really been struggling, def ended my little streak.

bubbled several final tables, including both $30 rebuys today. the 2nd 30r today i was chip leader with 2 tables left, lost a few pots, then lost a big flip, the lost AA to 66 getting it all in on an 88x flop to the worst player left (hope he won). yesterdays 30r i ran KK into AA with 9 left. pretty stressful.

got slaughtered badly in 45 mans today, and i been playing those 90 man turbos a little bit too (think im gonna replace the sng sats i was playing with these), also got killed in those bubbling (close enough, placing 10th-15th) like 5 today.

but i did make 2 final tables today, both PLO, and i won one and got 5th in one, i kinda expected it to be the other way around, but this way paid more so im ok with it. i have awesome results in PLO tourneys even though i never studied the game, i think the players are just that bad, im amazed at what ppl call off with at the FTs and i wonder how the hell they got there.

i decided since i was crying about my 45 man swings this month to post my final graph of this months results and im not playing tomorrow, so this is it....

this is only hitting 16% on my roi for the month, which with the huge influx of good players swarming in these lately, might be what i should expect now. still pretty good i think... def still worth playing if that is my expected value.

the Oct FTP leaderboard....

i took 11 days off this month including tomorrow (or today), and i have nothing to fear, these guys got owned. if i keep playing just on FTP (playing stars will take away from ftp volume, obv) i might be able to make a solid run at this every month. i would say i would be able to win it every month until some 2p2ers get a bet going or something.

basically the key to winning this is to play a ton of 45 man sngs because they count. most of the top 10 are 45 man sng regulars.

i won a little $33 turbo on FTP today, nothing special. sucks to run awesome in your smallest tourney and shitty in the rest, but i will take it.

notice the donkey in 10th? she had no chance as long as i was still in anyways, even if she was not destined to get fucked in 10th. lol.

i had huge stacks in a lot of tourneys today and ended up taking a few really sick beats and was real disappointed in most of my finishes, but i did get 3rd in the early 100r. not real happy with the 3rd since i had a huge CL 5 handed, but oh well. i did alright in the 45 mans too...

im pretty sure i cant lose the ftp leader board unless i take a week off (which isn't happening), so that is awesome. i can probably win it all the time if i played only ftp.

next month im gonna take some time off before FTOPS and get rested up, spend time with the family.

speaking of FTOPS, i really want to play the big events, hopefully i can win seats, because i cant afford to buy in to those.

i final tabled a few things today, the 30k ko tourney i got a very disappointing 5th place. the 65k i got a very disappointing 4th place. and in the 100 1r/33k 6 max on ftp i was CL with 7 left and busted 7th obv. that is so fucking standard for me in 6 max tourneys.

i kinda had a shitty day today, in the 100 1r with 18 left i had the chip lead and busted 18th, in a 6m tourney i busted 6th, 10th in the 30r, a few sick bubbles. i guess at least i got a 2nd in the PLO 30r.

as of right now i am still in 1st on the FTP leaderboard but the 2nd place dude (kaffeesatz33) is still very close. he has not taken 1 day off yet this month and he is putting in a lot of daily volume. i have already taken 4 days off this month and am taking Tuesdays and Fridays off the rest of the month.

i kinda got carried away today, i was playing sng sats for the 1k Monday tourney and i was taking sick fucking beats non-stop, and i decided to keep playing them because of how good i was getting my money in and how confident i was that i could beat them.

i played 19 of these at $281 a pop. at the very end of the day i caught up a bit and i won my last 2 making an aprox $500 profit on these for the day. this could had ended up bad. anyways because of how i was running in all my tourneys i decided to not play the 1k and i just took all the T$. originally i had decided to play if i was up $500 in the sats and that was the number i hit. probably a good idea to back out though, maybe next week.

last week i won the weekly sat challenge for FTP's 750k, the bonus was only $400... not much but better than no bonus. this week i stood no chance as the 1st place guy had probably won 15 seats more than me and 2nd was close behind him. i had 3rd secured by a long shot, but only 1st and 2nd pay.

the guy that got 1st this week played an insane amount of games, i mean i played 10-12 hours on each fri, sat, and sun; and he was on playing them when i woke up and when i went to bed, i seriously don't think the dude sleeps. he def deserved 1st.

i only played the $75 sng sats to the 750k and i only used them as filler throughout the day. if i were to play either less MTTs or 45 mans i would think i would be able to win the sat challenge every week, not sure that would be wise for the $400 or not, i kinda doubt it, but i will look into it. the sng sats them selves seem like they should be pretty profitable esp with rakeback.

next weekend there isnt a sat challenge and no 750k, its a $535 1mill. sucks they aren't doing a sat challenge on it because i won the only 2 sng sats i played for it so far.

i do have a goal for this month. i been easily getting top 5 every month on FTP's monthly tournament leaderboard, which pays 3 $75 tokens and a freeroll.

usually getting 3rd isn't that hard, but 1st and 2nd are usually require a lot more points and i never got close to 1st yet.

i think i have a real shot at 1st this month and if not i should def get 2nd.

1st pays $1000 and 2nd pays $500... i am taking down the 1k though.

when sunday 1st started i was sure it was gonna be as horrible or worse than most other sundays. i had KK 4,329 times in the 1st several hours and only won 2 pots with them.

things started to turn around and i was winning 45 man sngs ( i won 4 of them, which is the most i have ever won in a day even though i once won 3 straight). and i built up stacks in a few tourneys.

i got pretty deep in both the 65k and the nightly 30r, but both were failures. im ok with that as those don't pay as much as the 150r.

i was starting to get pretty deep in the 150r on FTP, i was running hot, winning flips, sucking out, and holding up.

so i get to the final 2 tables of the 150r, and i was completely expecting to bust at that point since it seems that is a curse of mine. it also seems i was supposed to...

this was all in pre for all my chips and i won a very nice pot. i guess it was my turn, usually i have been on the other side of this. this was not my only suckout this tourney, i ran good.

and i made the final table with a descent stack...

i think i played the final table pretty well, although i did made 1 or 2 mistakes (1 kinda bad, don't wanna talk about it). i was up and down the whole time at the table, but kept recovering when i got knocked down and took it down...

heads up didn't last long at all, only 2 hands, he had 1 mil and i had 2 mil... in this hand i limped the SB and he checked. he checked the flop and i min bet, he just called. he check raised 40% of his stack on the turn, and i put him all in.... and B00M!!

this feels so good if is impossible to explain. i was all excited and my heart beating fast, was def a rush. it hasn't felt anywhere close to that good to win a tourney since my 1st win ever.

guess this isn't my last day playing MTTs... either Monday or Wednesday is, depending if i play tomorrow or not (just kidding obv, but seems like every time i decide a certain day is my last i come up with a win).

Monday i bubbled 3 FTs and got an 8th, pretty shitty... today i was taking a ton of sick beats all day and running into monsters, but i run pretty hot in a $26 FTP tourney that made up for it.

the reason im not making money in MTTs is obv to me i think (lol). since my last post i had 10 finishes in the final 18, but only 2 were final tables and 1 was an 8th.

this is completely unacceptable, i know lately i been getting coolered and bad beat a lot but still even before i seemed to finish just outside of the final table a lot.

i mean if im average of the remaining players i should have a 50% rate to get from final 18 to final 9 right? this had got to be where im fucking up, though im not sure what the fuck im doing wrong.

anyways, also since my last post, i had a few up days, nothing huge but better than negative.... been running good in the 45 mans again. a week ago i was break even in the 45 mans for the month and now im up 7k for sept in those. unfortunately for me, that isn't enough to make up my MTT losses, but i did blow a bunch in the WCOOP events like a retard knowing very well i wasn't rolled for them.

a lil good news i guess, i got a 2nd in a 6 max PLO tourney today. i been playing PLH, PLO, PLO/8, and just about anything tilt runs to fill space since going busto on stars.

back to the tourney i got 2nd in... i almost got 1st.... oh well (i also get to many 2nds and not enough 1sts).

not sure why, but it looks like no matter what i do i will only be a break even MTT player. i hate to give up, but i cant beat out the bad timing of the shit that always happens, not sure how others do it. i know of some players im pretty sure im better than, but yet they post much better results than me. im so lost.

last 2 weeks was my worst downswing ever... i think. i will prob finish out the month with my current mix of MTTs and 45 man sngs, then do something else (i know you heard that before). im so frustrated..... again...

1st of all, i really feel im playing good lately. i am getting hyper aggressive when i can, i am slowing down as the table starts to tell me (not after i lose my stack), and i really feel im am reading the tables well and staying ahead of the curve.

so on Monday i build up a stack in the 30r on ftp, and with a few tables left, i was just abusing the fuck out of everyone, feels good to be the one running the table esp at critical points in the tournament.

it was great, because they never started playing back really, they just let me take and take and take.... was pretty awesome.

i did lose a descent sized pot shortly before the FT began.

once this final table started, i tried to control the action, but my 1st few opens i got re-popped and blinds went up then i found myself with a stack that limited my flexibility.

so sitting with about 20BBs, and ppl are reshoving me... so i try to either be patient and wait for a good hand, or reshove these fuckers myself.

i definitely ran into a problem and this made it very difficult for me. stacks to my right kept open shoving, so all i could do is call or wait. every ok hand, they shoved, and when they didn't my hands were so bad i wasn't getting involved.

at this point i really started struggling... and it got worse (sorry i only get shitty screen shots, i usually have 9-12 tables going). after this point, i basically blinded down, i was hovering between 5 and 12 BBs for a while.

5 handed or so i picked up a few pots and got back in it. once there was 4 left it was all over... they weren't gonna stop me... when they re-raised me i shipped it all in, when they opened i re-raised. some im just running good, and i was just really out playing them sick.

this was the most comfortable and confident i have ever been at a short handed final table... i knew i was gonna win, without a doubt.

feels awesome to play great, to run good, and to completely dominate.

but things really weren't as good as they appeared. remember i play a ton of tournaments a day, and lots of sngs as well. that day was terrible... super shitty...

after that win i was still down for the day, but fortunately at the end of the day i won a 45 sng and either a 3rd or 4th in another, and i ended the day making a $945 profit.

this is a sick fucking game, i hate the swings, and i was thrilled to not have a -$5k day, so this was huge. just not as awesome as it looks at 1st.

so i took Tuesday off like i do most weeks, and played Wednesday, which for me is today, i finished up a few hours ago.

i started the day with $1800 on stars, i made my daily buyins and half way through the day i don't have enough to make my rebuys, so i hopped on aim to get me a bailout transfer.

i decided that since no one i talk to regularly has much money on stars, as they traded most out already to me and a few others that fail on stars; i just must quit, i mean how the fuck do i get money on the site. esp the amount to play my schedule. it wont be easy.

sooo, i decided after today, i guess im done with stars until someone i know hits a big score and can afford some transfers (probably some time after wcoop). that is unless i win some money today.

i actually started the day off just about as bad as you can imagine, i rebought a ton in the rebuys, and then busting early in everything.. AA wont hold and i run into AA like there is no tomorrow, you all been there many times im sure.

except for the 10r, some how (cant even remember) i built a nice stack early, think i had 50k towards the end of the 2nd hour.

the last half of the day i had several great shots, i had huge stacks in the nightly $55 70k on stars and a descent stack in the ftp 50-50, was deep in the ftp 30r, and prob a few others.

towards the end of the day i also won a few 45 mans which was awesome... and im still killing the 10r.

we are real deep in the 10r and its just like the 30r, except i am getting played back at a little... but over all i was raping them sick, had a very nice CL. and just felt good about myself and my game.

with 2 tables left, i was just running over them sick and they started making big mistakes when i had hands. unfortunately for me, i got sucked out on 3 times with about 15 ppl left in a 10 min stretch.

thankfully i had chips to sustain this, but i was down to 11-17 BBs for a bit. i then got lucky and won a nice pot where i held verses 2 players. and even though it didn't give me a lot of chips, and gave me enough to at least have a tiny bit of flexibility (like 1 or 2 light opens maybe).

anyways as we got to the final table, i played my stack up again. i did take a few more beats at the final table, but i did win like 4 flips on the way to rebuilding my stack.

anyways i got 2nd and still get to play stars for a while.

i have had great results in the 10Rs on stars, i made a final table 3 times with the smallest field being ~1600 ppl and have gotten a 1st, 2nd, and a 3rd.

although the stars payouts are all fucked up now days, its still a nice payday.

soon before i got this 2nd i busted with 3 tables left in the ftp 30r and soon after i busted from both the stars 70k and the ftp 50k :(.

now i just need to win the 50r tomorrow and have a nice comfy roll on stars. or maybe win a wcoop...

i did lose money last sunday and today too, but overall i been doing pretty good. i decided quitting multies on an upswing might not be smart, so im gonna take it a week by week basis for now.

i had several "almosts" today but nothing quite got there... was really struggling winning flips, or if something did go my way i would pay for it with my whole stack a few minutes later. down about $650 today, which is great for a sunday.

had an awesome 1st week of the month though... just hope i can keep it up.

i used tiltbuster.com for mods for my tables on both ftp and stars. as you can see my buttons are bright red so they stick out. i also have about 10 backgrounds that came with them, im still not sure which i like best, or if i should have one color for stars and one for ftp.

i also use bright yellow cards and a bright red button, so i don't miss action.

i am using a few scripts that i found on 2p2 and/or overcards. before you use any of these scripts you 1st need to install AHK. you can read a little about it here.

1st is stars planner. this script is awesome, i love it.

say you play up to 15 tables from both ftp and stars, and sometimes they pop up under another one and you miss it for a while and blind down. well stars planner will send all your tables to predetermined spots and they cant share a spot, and you can tell it what spot to fill when... and if you want to move the tables, just drop one on top of another and they switch. it is so awesome because it works with both stars and ftp tables... although you must program it with all stars tables. stars planner has a few other features too, which i don't use.

stars urgent table is another awesome script.

this is what puts the big red box around the most urgent table you see in my screen shot. and you can customize it to be a thicker or thinner red box. it will also move your mouse to the urgent table if you like (i turned that off). it will click the time banks automatically as well.

i am using the beta version (not publicly released) of urgent table, because it is a little more user friendly and will highlight full tilt tables too, although at this point in time it doesn't click ftp's time bank, but is supposed to down the road. there is something like this made just for ftp, but it crashes my PC for some reason, and it costs money.

i been using holdem manager, which is way better than pt3 (not even close) mainly just for hud stats.

and the last script i use is the opener. this isnt really poker related i guess, but just makes starting in the morning a lil easier. it will open every thing with one click. i have it set to open my excel file with my poker stats, holdem manager, stars, ftp, and 3 scripts (the 3rd one is a quick back ground changer for stars, so i can have different back grounds on different tables if i like). a lot of ppl will have this highly customized to do different mods and stuff to auto install, i really just plan on sticking with what i got i think.

i recently added a new script that clicks the time bank on FTP for me... it doesn't work all the time, sometimes it misses tables, not sure why or if it will (or can) be fixed to perfection, but definitely better than nothing.

i got bad beat out of big stacks in 3 awesome tourneys with 27-33 players left... just sick... the sickest beat had a 22k 1st place too. i always want to say "just if i..", because it seems like i should have some super sick days, but i never do.

im almost busto in my stars account for like the 4th time in the last few months, i think im done refilling it.

also, im gonna play out the rest of the month and im quitting MTTs. i just am not good enough to over come the non-stop bad beats and coolers.

i mean i been running real shitty in the 45 mans too, i had about a 60% roi for the 1st 500 played, and the last 150 or so pulled my roi down to the high 20s. but i don't need to win 400 showdowns to win one, so at this point the plan will be to play those 10 hours a day and see what happens.

i mean if i can get 35 played a day, which i should be able to do... but i will probably have to fill in blank spots with the $26s too, because the $75s fill to slow. but i think i can get 35 $75s a day.

started off with a descent stack, and played good i think, but again i just couldn't get the job done heads up.

sooo sick.. prob my 2nd worst poker day ever today... im sooo fucking about to quit this fucking game.

if i dont have sick week, i guess im gonna quit MTTs at least... i give up. the shit i go through is so fucking rediculous. if i were smart i would just make new accounts and hope they are lucky. i hate this fucking piece of shit game.

the big daily double that is...

one day... actually the very first time i played them... i final tabled one, and got either a 10th or 11th in the other... in that one i didnt adjust my play for the guaranteed 10k you get for making 1 or 2 more spots.

today i decided to play super tight and fold into the FT, and the big stacks were walking all the other shorties, raising then folding to their shoves getting better than 2-1, then always raising me... so i busted 10th like a fucking retard...

i fucked it up, no way should this had happened.... next time i will play tighter than normal, but not fold to the 10k i guess.

so retarded getting the final table and bubbling the other one... 2 fucking times... i suck...

at least i got some bonus though....

other than that, i am still running extremely shitty.. i either am a horrible player, or i am running way below expectation.. not sure... but for the bulk of this year i get non-stop coolers and sick beats... i have ran hot in an occasional tourney, but pretty sure im just in an extreme downside of variance. it has probably been 15 months since i had several good months in a row... maybe i am horrible. i am definitely starting to hate this game.

i know for sure i get spewy at times, and to tight at times.... but i dont think i am making a huge amount of mistakes.

i dont know... i may have to quit MTTs even though i really dont wanna...

anyways i took yesterday and today off... i needed a few days as i just played like 8 straight 12 hour days and was exhausted.

had some terrible days.... very terrible. and some ok days. what sucks is the 45 mans are going sooo bad, they are making my bad MTT days worse, and making my good MTT days ok. i bet im 0 for my last 35 of them, and at $75 a pop, that is nasty.

anyways i got a shitty 5th in this $109 on stars.. think it was Wednesday... i forgot to snap the lobby, and wasn't planning on bragging about a 5th, since i only profited $280 that day... but the 5th was worth $3600.

i think it was thursday, i had a sick 1st table in the 50r on stars, and not only that, but for about the 1st half of the rebuy period it was basically an all in and a call every hand.

unfortunately for me i was catching big hands and getting dominated or losing flips. i had QQ, KK JJ, AK, AK, JJ, and only won once and i sucked out with my last JJ vs QQ. was my worst 50r ever, i should had just quit.

Thursday i made the 50 1r (or 50 cubed as ppl been calling it). with 11 left i was the short stack with 5 BBs, and i shoved utg and got the blinds, at the same time the other short stack busted.

at which point i decided im not going to blind out, and im just gonna shove pretty much every hand im 1st in, so i can get some chips or bust 10th. 9th place guy had at least double the chips i had. i just kept getting the blinds, no one called, and i built up a bit before the FT.

EDIT: maybe i had doubled too looking at my stack.. though i don't remember doubling... im gonna watch the HH tonight i think.

i was chipping up nicely, obv a resteal monkey shoved into a big hand and i held.

when we got to 4 handed we played forever, and the tight guy to my left finally built a stack and started RRing all of my opens so i started struggling. i did suck out in a big pot once.

i was the short stack 3 handed...

then i started catching cards, and the new guy to my left tightened up a lot, i raised his blind every time gb didn't raise the button, and gb kept giving me walks because he thought i was reshipping him light (i wasn't, just happened to be good timing with my big hands).

so i chipped up a lot...

we get HU and only one person can possibly blow this...

he was shoving a ton so i finally called him down....i guess i missed the river card in my screen shot, but obv i missed, and his suck out held.

now he is chipping up a bit... he kept shoving my opens and my RRs, this time i put him all in and he called me down...... so he sucked out again... actually he just basically won 2 flips obv, but i rather say sucked out so i can feel sorry for myself.. lol

i was trying not to, but he was making me play big pots... :(

soooo, i get yet another 2nd... i get way to many 2nds.. so gay....

you might notice my tables look different... im changing both my ftp and my stars tables. mainly to make it easier to multi-table...

i started looking into it, because of last ftp update i been timing out a lot more on ftp. i think we just have less time to hit the time button.

i bought my mods actually, i dont have time to do this myself, check out this awesome site.

once i get my tables finished i will post them....

i am also learning scripts to auto push time buttons and highlight the most urgent tables.

also looking into scripts, i found a few other cool things i will post more about later, once i test them in a full action day.

i also heard holdem manager has a feature to color code your stars players... that should be sick... im def gonna give them a try now... fuck PT3. i been meaning to anyways, just been lazy... DLed it a few weeks, just never installed it.
